Our Salesforce integration with Brightpearl has been designed to ensure merchants are able to view their ongoing sales accurately on both platforms. Whether using Salesforce primarily as a CRM, or for post-purchase Marketing Automation, all sales opportunities are synced across Salesforce and Brightpearl.
Integration provides:
Current and complete sales data is available to view on both platforms with customers, products, sales orders and sales order updates fully synchronised from your original point of data input. Order personalisation is also included and sales orders can be fed through at any point in the sales pipeline process, depending on your specific requirements.
From sales opportunity to fulfillment and dispatch, each order will flow through Brightpearl’s automated order processing, based on your specific set-up and requirements.
