Scope Review
Orders
Confirmed Amazon orders are automatically created in Brightpearl, creating Amazon customers if new and allocating inventory
FBA Orders
FBA orders are automatically created and shipped in Brightpearl through the FBA virtual warehouse
Amazon Prime orders
Prime orders are automatically created and flagged in Brightpearl to ensure they can be prioritised downstream at the DC or 3PL
Amazon Business orders
Business orders are automatically created and flagged in Brightpearl with capture of the PO number
Payments and fees
Payments and fees are automatically posted in Brightpearl upon processing of the Amazon settlement report
Inventory
Brightpearl inventory levels are automatically synced to Amazon (FBM). FBA stock levels are automatically synced to Brightpearl
Prices
Price updates performed in Brightpearl are automatically pushed to Amazon
Shipments
Shipment details including the tracking information are automatically synced to Amazon as the order items are shipped in Brightpearl
