Connecting Faire to Brightpearl via our bespoke integration allows you to seamlessly position your goods in front of this vast customer base with ease.

With SKU matching between both systems, inventory levels are kept updated in Faire meaning you’ll never miss out on a sales opportunity or oversell stock. Sales orders are fully synchronized and once shipped in Brightpearl, the tracking reference will be sent back to Faire.
This integration’s tax mapping will automatically calculate tax, where necessary, for all sales orders for the countries that you sell in.
Shipping method mapping also ensures that each order is automatically mapped to specific shipping options that a merchant has available to their customers.
The integration supports both shipping methods available to merchants using Faire.
Either the order will be shipped in Brightpearl and the tracking reference will be posted back to Faire, or, if Faire conducts the shipping, the integration will fetch the tracking reference from Faire for Brightpearl to ship the order.
Any commission due as part of the sale is listed in the Brightpearl Sales Order and will be deducted from the subtotal presented there.
