So, for retailers selling in-store, online and everywhere in between, our Lightspeed integration with Brightpearl automatically syncs products, inventory, orders and more so that you can focus on growing your business.
Integration provides:
Products, orders, suppliers, customer details and inventory are all synced across systems to ensure both Lightspeed and Brightpearl always reflect accurate information.
Optimised transfers from the distribution centre are pushed to, and received in-store to make sure you have the right products, in the right place, at the right time.
Whether it’s a standard sale, layaway payment, pay on collection or on account, the correct details will be reflected in Brightpearl to ensure stock levels and accounts are kept fully up-to-date.
Tax calculations per product are applied in real time, ensuring a smooth transaction and accurate accounting.
If a customer would like to exchange a product rather than opting for a refund, this is automatically handled within the integration, keeping stock levels in sync and up-to-date across both systems.

Refunds and exchanges created in Lightspeed will be sent to Brightpearl with associated refund payment
Purchase Orders & Stock Transfers
Purchase orders and inventory transfers can be created in either system
Purchase Order & Stock Transfer Receipts
Receipts are performed in Lightspeed and synchronised back to Brightpearl
Inventory Adjustments
Inventory adjustments created in Brightpearl will be sent to Lightspeed
Stock Count
Stock count performed in Lightspeed will be sent to Brightpearl
