Scope Review
Orders
New purchases from trading partners are created as sales orders and automatically stock allocated
Order Acknowledgements
New fully allocated orders are accepted in SPS. Alternatively, orders can be back-ordered or rejected
Advance Ship Notice
Upon shipment, an ASN is sent to SPS notifying the trading partner of the despatched items and tracking details
Invoice
Once created in Brightpearl, this is created in SPS
Inventory Advice
Update trading partner with your on-hand inventory levels
