With inventory levels automatically updated in Wayfair, not only will your customers have a great experience buying through you, but you can rest assured that you’ll be making the most of Wayfair’s sales opportunities without ever overselling.
For merchants using the Castlegate model, inventory levels in the virtual warehouse are also automatically aligned via a stock sync from Wayfair.
New sales orders for your goods on Wayfair are created automatically in Brightpearl, ready to be fulfilled, so you never have to worry about missing an order. Available stock is automatically allocated, the sales order acknowledged, and shipping details synchronised between the two systems.
For merchants who use the Castlegate model, sales orders are automatically pushed to Brightpearl, and then immediately acknowledged and shipped using a Brightpearl Castlegate virtual warehouse.
