The pre-order power move
Like many retailers, ROKA London wanted to show future stock availability to maximize sales during product launches and periods of high demand. Our Brightpearl forward allocation app for Shopify solved this for them by allowing them to make ‘on-order’ PO quantities available for sale on their website. Now, customers can pre-order products seamlessly and the integration automatically allocates stock to these pre-orders, as soon as the stock arrives. ROKA London will never be manually allocating inventory in date order again, these orders are sent to pick as soon as the inventory arrives – the stuff of operational dreams!

ROKA London wanted to ensure that their management team had real time accounting information at their fingertips 247. So, we took the heavy lifting of data preparation away.
