Every Onboarding Plan is carefully tailored to each new starter. The onboarding period usually lasts 3-4 weeks, during which you will have lots of welcome sessions, self-led study on new software, ensuring you’re onboard with all our internal tools, security and compliance, and shadowing your peers & leads on client meetings to get a taste for things to come. We have monthly mandatory security training for all team members.

You’ll be met by one the team to talk through your experience and ensure that the role we are recruiting for suits both your experience and aspirations. Assuming that goes positively, you’ll be invited to meet with a Team Lead & one of our Company Directors to have a more in depth interview. For our more technical roles, there may also be an additional (paid) exercise to complete, which will incorporate systems configuration and leading a demonstration to a pre-selected panel of b.solutions team members.
Shortly after this stage, you’ll be advised of next steps and, if relevant, a contract offer!
We try to be as agile and transparent as possible and end to end, we aim for the process to take no more than 3 weeks.
No, our work is 100% remote so there is no need for travel or relocation.
