As innovators in LED lighting, aspectLED’s business was a bright spark in the lighting industry, crafting custom solutions for high-profile clients like Marriott, Disney, and BP. But as their operations expanded, the team knew they could optimise their assembly management, accounting, order processing workflow and CRM processes. Aiming to integrate their systems seamlessly and streamline workflows, we came on board with Brightpearl to provide, and implement, solutions.

 

Accounting in a flash

Tracking payments, invoices, and taxes manually was not only time-intensive but also left the books susceptible to errors. The integration we set-up between Brightpearl and QuickBooks Online automated aspectLED’s financial processes, giving them real-time insights into their finances. So now, they can focus on growing their business while their books balance themselves.

 

Custom solutions to light the way

Managing assembly for their wide range of LED fixtures was a time-consuming process, relying on manual coordination of parts and orders. Our Brightpearl Assembly (BOM) app transformed the process by automating the assembly of finished goods. Triggered by sales, this integration ensures the right parts are always in the right place at the right time. aspectLED now assembles products on demand, improving efficiency and delivering faster to their clients.

 

Streamlining the current

With a global client base and diverse logistical needs, comprehensive barcode labelling software, BarTender, was an important part of the order processing workflow. Our tailored integration between BarTender and Brightpearl allowed aspectLED to automatically trigger barcode label printing, from Brightpearl directly, and for products that have been assembled through the Brightpearl Assembly (BOM) app. The result is a workflow that is streamlined, reducing errors and saving time through automation.
