Bouncepad has been setting the global standard for tablet kiosks, stands and mounts since 2011. Their products are everywhere. from retail counters and cafés to museums and visitor check-ins, quietly powering flawless customer experiences.
Behind that simplicity sits a complex global operation. With international shipping, bundled hardware products, and growing demand across regions, Bouncepad needed a tech stack that could keep up.
Bundle up, ship out
Bouncepad’s offering includes bundled hardware solutions, combining multiple components into a single, sellable product.
Historically, this created friction in their shipping workflows.
Standard integrations push individual components into shipping platforms, rather than the bundled products customers actually ordered. This would add complexity at the point of fulfilment, increasing handling time and the risk of errors.
We solved this with an advanced integration that ensures bundles flow through as complete, logical units. Orders can now be picked, packed and shipped exactly as sold, simplifying operations and improving accuracy across the warehouse.
Crossing borders, not wires
As Bouncepad scaled globally, international shipping introduced a new layer of complexity, particularly around customs and commercial invoices.
Their previous setup lacked the flexibility needed to manage country-specific requirements. This created challenges when shipping to markets like the United States, where documentation accuracy is critical.
With the move to Ordoro, we built an integration that gave Bouncepad far greater control over their shipping data:
- Commercial invoices can be tailored for compliance across different regions
- Currency conversion is handled automatically for international shipments
- Free-of-charge items (such as samples or replacements) are assigned nominal values to meet customs requirements
The result is smoother global fulfilment.
