Mina Baie is redefining what a diaper bag can be. Built on the belief that utility and beauty should never compete, the brand creates timeless, elevated pieces designed to move effortlessly through motherhood and beyond.
Behind the elegance sits a fast-growing, ambitious business. With demand increasing and new product launches landing regularly, the team needed to evolve their operations without compromising the experience their customers had come to expect.
Moving from a Shopify-led setup to a fully integrated ERP was a significant step. For a small, hands-on team, it required careful planning to ensure the transition matched the standard they hold everything else to.
A seamless structure beneath the surface
At the heart of the transformation was Brightpearl, introduced as the operational backbone to bring order, visibility and control across Mina Baie’s growing business.
Financial clarity was built in through the Brightpearl and QuickBooks Online integration, ensuring invoices, payments, stock movements and cost of goods flow cleanly between systems. What had previously required manual handling now moves with precision, giving the team a clear, real-time view of performance.
Alongside this, their existing 3PL setup with Shipping Butler, powered by ShipHero, was carefully reconnected. Orders, inventory updates, goods in and shipment tracking now move fluidly between systems, creating a fulfilment process that feels more effortless from the outside, yet is tightly coordinated behind the scenes.
Forward planning, without the guesswork
With demand often outpacing supply, forward planning became just as important as fulfilment. Mina Baie introduced Shopify Forward Allocation to extend availability without overpromising.
By surfacing incoming stock on the storefront, customers can pre-order with confidence, supported by clear delivery timelines. Behind the scenes, stock is automatically allocated the moment it arrives, ensuring commitments are met without manual intervention.
It allows the brand to maintain momentum during peak periods, with orders fulfilled on time and customers kept informed
