50 years in the plumbing and heating industry, and MonsterPlumb is still leading the charge with a forward-thinking approach. While their mission is to provide customers with the latest and most reliable products available in the marketplace, managing such a vast range of products across multiple channels presented a significant challenge. Their ecommerce platform, Magento, was already integrated with Plytix, a leading PIM solution. The missing link was integrating Plytix with their retail operations system, Brightpearl, to streamline data flow and product management.

We rolled up our sleeves to create a seamless integration that would help MonsterPlumb manage revenue-driving product information across channels, while simplifying complex backend processes.

Our Brightpearl | Plytix integration helped MonsterPlumb raise the bar with several operational benefits; product data synchronised effortlessly between Plytix and Brightpearl, ensuring that the latest information was always available for their Magento storefront and other channels. Automatic updates reduced manual errors, improving the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and stock levels. And this integration allowed MonsterPlumb to maintain consistency across multiple sales channels, ensuring a more unified customer experience.
