Overview
An integration with Brightpearl allows Shopify retailers to streamline their retail operations with ease. Our Advanced integration includes a vast number of features for retailers whose needs exceed the standard Brightpearl | Shopify offer.
For merchants selling across multiple channels, both in-store or integrated marketplace; or leveraging Shopify markets to support international expansion, our integration provides the flexibility to simplify this complex ecosystem and deliver retail excellence with Brightpearl.

Product information and prices can be synchronised from Shopify to Brightpearl or from Brightpearl to Shopify so for those using PIM integrations, it’s all taken care of.
Products are linked using one, or a combination of, SKU, EAN, UPC, MPC, Barcode and product custom fields, so no matter your set-up, we can configure your integration with your product data as it is.
Multi-factor channel bifurcation logic is key when you use Shopify to integrate with other channels.
No matter your Shopify set-up, this integration ensures the correct attribution for sales by channel. That means you know exactly where your business – and particular products – thrive and which channels require optimisation.
The integration supports Shopify location to Brightpearl warehouse mapping 1-2-1 or 1-2-many which means you can have multiple Brightpearl warehouses mapped to 1 single Shopify location.
Order creation can be in Shopify checkout or shop currency, providing control for merchants trading across different regions by allowing them to manage and optimise their pricing strategies accordingly.
For merchants using Shopify Markets Pro, Global-e orders are downloaded to Brightpearl with their associated payments.
Provide maximum flexibility to customers without putting pressure on your sales operations with the option to edit or cancel orders pre-shipment.
This order edit functionality, in combination with the integration’s customisable order delay functionality, provides retailers the ability to fix customer address errors or even leverage Shopify upsell plug-ins that offer post-purchase discounts that make it easy for customers to add more products to their order before it ships.
You can protect yourself against overselling by pushing a ‘0’ quantity inventory for a product as soon as you reach a certain buffer threshold (for example 5 units, that you want to reserve for spare parts or replacements).
Shopify orders are tagged as the fulfilment process starts in Brightpearl and then shipping updates and tracking details, including custom tracking URLs for non-supported Shopify carriers, are sent back to Shopify, so you and your customers always have complete shipping information.
Returns are synchronised using the actual return location selected in Shopify, not the original sales order location, to keep inventory up-to-date across your entire estate.
