Real-time stock sync

Multi-warehouse to location mapping. Overselling protection with global or SKU-level buffer qty. Support for 1 SKU to multiple product listings.

Product creation / updates

Bi-directional product data sync. Metafield to custom field mapping. Support for automatic barcode assignment. "Only product linking" option.

Support for Shopify self-service order edits via order download delay. Edits include delivery address change, product addition/deletion, quantity change, shipping method change. Supports edit/cancellation after invoicing in Brightpearl. Tag/note/metafield updates.

Order fulfilment and shipment updates

Custom tracking URLs for carriers not supported by Shopify. Supports fulfilment for orders older than 60 days and fulfilment of split orders. Supports shipment through Shopify.

Refund and returns

2-stage return process with triggering of refund in Shopify based on sales credit status / receipt status (with re-stocking and return shipping fees). Support for alternative return locations. Supports POS exchanges and new Shopify exchange feature from Shopify Admin.

Yes. We support customer self-service order editing through Shopify apps that allow changes (e.g. coupon codes, address correction, size change) within a defined window (often 1 hour) before the order syncs to Brightpearl.
