Overview
An integration with Brightpearl allows Shopify retailers to streamline their retail operations with ease. Our Advanced integration includes a vast number of features for retailers whose needs exceed the standard Brightpearl | Shopify offer.
For merchants selling across multiple channels (D2C, B2B, POS or integrated marketplaces); or leveraging Shopify Markets to support international expansion, our integration provides the flexibility to simplify this complex ecosystem and deliver retail excellence with Brightpearl, without compromise.
Integration provides:
Product information and prices can be synchronised from Shopify to Brightpearl or from Brightpearl to Shopify so whatever your product creation workflow is, it’s all taken care of.
Product attribute mapping allows Brightpearl custom field to Shopify metafield mapping. Pricing sync covers Price, Compare At and Cost Price per site. The integration also offers advanced pricing sync for Shopify Markets (Brightpearl to Shopify) and B2B catalog pricing (Brightpearl to Shopify).
Channel bifurcation is key when you use Shopify to manage multiple sales channels.
No matter your Shopify set-up, this integration allows granular sale-to-channel attribution (1 Shopify site can be mapped to multiple separate sales channels in Brightpearl covering D2C, B2B, specific POS locations or marketplaces). You can even split your sales by delivery country or VIP customer. That means you know exactly where your business thrives and which channels require optimisation.
Take advantage of popular Shopify apps to offer self-serve order editing to your customers while also pushing upsell offers.
Our integration will push the Shopify order to Brightpearl once the “editable window” has closed (after 30mins, 1 hour or more). It can also consider the presence/absence of specific order tags. Order edits & cancellation after order creation in Brightpearl and before shipment are of course also supported.
The integration supports order tags, notes and metafields sync, allowing the transmission of key order attributes to Brightpearl required for custom workflows.
Order creation can be in Shopify checkout or shop currency (using Shopify’s exchange rate), providing control for merchants trading across different regions and making reconciliation easier.
Our integration can sync payment and shipping updates for orders older than 60 days (key for long lead-time items).
Advanced shipping method mapping allows transmission to Shopify of shipping details, including custom tracking URLs, for carriers not supported by Shopify. It can also push shipping updates to Shopify for split orders.
Our integration can push a return in-progress to Brightpearl and then automatically trigger the refund in Shopify based on the combined Brightpearl sales credit status / receipt status updates (potentially managed through a 3PL/WMS integration). It also supports retailers offering returns across multiple locations.
