And their journey with us, started with Brightpearl.

 

Riding the Shopify surf

When merchants like Passenger combine Shopify and Brightpearl, they experience a fully integrated storefront and back office which enables a single, end-to-end view of their entire business. Our team has developed a new and industry-leading Shopify integration which has allowed Passenger to streamline retail operations like never before. The integration effortlessly synchronises product and pricing data and allows Passenger to manage domestic and international orders as well as order edits pre-dispatch. Advanced fulfilment options, tracking information for non-integrated Shopify carriers with tracking URL, split orders and drop shipping are all included.

Not only this, but Passenger wanted to show future stock on their wholesale and webstore, giving customers the ability to pre-order in periods of high demand and those pre-orders being automatically allocated when stock arrives, resulting in timely-deliveries and happy customers.

So, we implemented our Brightpearl forward allocation app for Shopify. It pushes ‘on-order’ PO quantities to the webstore to enable pre-ordering and automatically allocates stock to pre-orders, upon PO receipt. Passenger are never ‘out of stock’ and will always be regarded as a reliable merchant.

 

Making B2B a breeze

We took reliability to their B2B channel too. Elastic Suite can handle complex business provisions across multiple verticals, and, by integrating this with Brightpearl, Passenger had a collaborative 360° digital brand catalogue fully synchronised with their ERP. Products, contacts, inventory and orders now flow smoothly between the two systems making selling a breeze.

 

Escaping an accounting grind

With Xero’s time-saving accounting tools, Passenger aren’t wasting precious time. From importing bank transactions to sending invoice reminders, Xero automatically handles tasks to get accounting done faster. 

And we took this a step further.

By integrating Xero with their Brightpearl account, products, contacts, inventory, payments and commitments are all passed between Brightpearl and Xero in a seamless and efficient partnership between the two systems, allowing Passenger to get the best of both. Passenger’s numbers are effortlessly taken care of, so they are free to focus on growing them.

And we took Passenger on an integration journey with Torque. With end-to-end inventory, order and shipping automation, their operations are now streamlined like never before.

 

Measuring Success

Google BigQuery is a serverless, multicloud and highly scalable data warehouse. Using SQL-like queries for fast data analysis, this platform supports real-time data streaming for ambitious retailers. By integrating BigQuery with Brightpearl, we automated a feed of core business data into custom reports and dashboards which reveal important business insights that could drive success. Inventory optimisation, detailed sales reporting as well as the option to add in other data sources gives Passenger rich business intelligence at their fingertips.
