Bill of Materials (BOM)
Our Brightpearl Bill of Materials (BOM) App enables merchants to assemble and disassemble finished products in a simple and efficient manner. Assemblies can be created manually or be triggered by both sales order creation and reorder points. For merchants dealing with large volumes of assemblies, CSV import functionality is available. External Bill of Materials (BOM++)
Perfect for external services such as printing, embroidery or embellishment in the fashion industry, BOM++ simplifies the production process by automatically generating purchase orders. It eliminates manual admin, ensures accurate cost calculations for final products, and provides a clear record of what’s been ordered. With the flexibility to amend orders, BOM++ streamlines your workflow and helps maintain margin control.
Customer Notifications
This app automates order and shipping updates via email or SMS*, giving you full control over how and when you communicate with customers. Create tailored, channel specific notifications from your own sending domains for a clear customer experience. With support for all carriers, including those not integrated with Shopify, it ensures seamless communication for all customers, reducing WISMO inquiries and boosting customer trust. Trading Partners (Concessions)
This app is designed to support merchants operating on a concession model with major high street retailers. By importing sales orders and credits directly into Brightpearl, it simplifies the workflow. The process involves saving the self-bill as a CSV file, uploading it via the app, and letting the system automatically handle the import and validation. Inventory Transfers
This application allows you to create multiple transfers in Brightpearl using a simple csv. Saving on average 23 minutes per 100 transfers processed, it’s a life saver for busy ecommerce merchants. From transfer to shipping, our app covers the entire inventory transfer process so you can get on with growing your business. You’ll have access to stock levels of SKUs, per warehouse, via the stock report in the app to determine what you want to move, and when.

Data Exports
This app allows merchants to export data from Brightpearl, in CSV file format, without row limit and with access to all fields available through the Brightpearl API. Files are exported automatically on a schedule to a SFTP location. Whether it’s product availability, order data, customer information or journals, any data accessible through the Brightpearl API can be easily exported. File structure can be configured using ready-made data views that join multiple tables and transform column headings and values into human-readable data so your team can hit the ground running.
